About Me

Hello everyone and welcome to Study Your Skincare!

My name is Noelle and I’m currently in the midst of my Physician Assistant education (whoop whoop I’m halfway done!) and have an absolute obsession with skincare ( and makeup, but let’s be honest, I’m not the best at it). I love learning about why and how different chemicals and ingredients affect skin and why one product may be your holy grail, but a flop for someone else. More importantly, here I hope to create a website that can allow for continued education on the ingredients found in your skincare. Skincare ingredients may seem complicated, but really, they’re not that bad I promise! Once you get some basics down, you’ll be just as obsessed with it as I am! One may ask, why is it important to study your skincare? And to be frank, my answer is: it’s just as important as the food you eat! They do say, “you are what you eat” right? Well, I believe the same goes for your skin. Whatever food you eat and products you use, directly result in the skin you have at this current moment. And that’s fantastic! With the caveat that you know what works for your skin. And, with that said, only you truly know your skin. No, not even your mom or your dermatologist. What I’m saying is this: educate yourself on what chemicals are good for you and only you and you’ll be on your way to clear skin in no time!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope that we can grow together on this journey through skincare.

How to be my best friend:

-bring me coffee, talk about Game of Thrones, geek about science, do some face masking, share memes, liking k-dramas is cool but not a necessity, and a willingness to eat gluten free candy

Stay awesome and happy moisturizing,
